Yes, as a Registered Massage Therapist with over 30 years of experience, my treatments are recognized by all major insurance providers in Alberta. I provide detailed receipts for you to submit for reimbursement.
What should I do if I'm not comfortable with a specific technique?
Your comfort is my absolute priority. Every treatment is tailored to your body's needs. Please feel free to speak up at any moment regarding pressure, temperature, or techniques—we will adjust immediately.
Will the treatment leave me feeling sore?
Some clients experience mild 'good' soreness for 24-48 hours, similar to a light workout. I use a thoughtful clinical approach to ensure your treatment is as therapeutic as it is restorative.
Cancellations & Rescheduling my Appointment
I understand that life happens. If you need to shift your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. Requests made with more than 24 hours' notice allow me to offer that time to someone else on the waiting list.Â
